RICE PUDDING 
Cook desired amount of rice until tender. Add 1 package of vanilla pudding cooked according to directions on package. Add 1 tablespoon butter, 1/2-3/4 cup raisins, and more sugar if desired. Put in greased baking dish, bake until brown, 10-15 minutes, in 350 degree oven.

SAUCE:

3/4 c. white sugar
1 c. water
Cornstarch to thicken (about 1 tbsp.)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt
Pinch nutmeg

Combine sugar and cornstarch. Add water. Cook until thickened. Add vanilla and nutmeg. Pour over individual servings of rice pudding.
