FRUIT SOUP 
1 c. seedless raisins
1 orange, quartered, leave rind
1 lemon, quartered, leave rind
3/4 c. pearl tapioca
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick cinnamon

Cover ingredients above with water. Soak overnight, put plate on to weight tapioca and everything so it will be covered with water. In a.m. add 3 diced apples, quartered, leave skin on. Add 1 quart of water, cook gently until fruit is tender and tapioca is transparent. Then cool, then pour in tight jars. Can be eaten warm or cool. Store in refrigerator.
