FRUIT SALAD ICE 
16-20 oz. frozen strawberries, keep partially frozen
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, keep juice
1 (30 oz.) can apricots, drained & chopped
4 diced bananas
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. water & 1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 c. sugar

Add sugar to water and pineapple juice and cook until syrup. Cool. Combine fruit. Pour syrup over fruit and put in parfait glasses. Freeze solid. Set out about 15 minutes before serving. 12 servings.
