PORK AND RICE 
2 c. raw rice
3 1/2 c. water
3 tsp. or 3 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp. Italian seasonings
1 lb. Owens or Jimmy Dean pork sausage
1 med. onion
3 toes garlic
1 tbsp. parsley
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
2 ribs celery
1/4 bell pepper
1 tbsp. green onion

Dissolve bouillon and Italian seasoning in water. Add rice. Steam for 20 minutes and set aside.

Saute sausage and seasonings together chopping sausage constantly into small pieces until sausage is brown and seasonings are done. Drain grease, if any. Add mushrooms and saute a little more. Add cooked rice and mix well. Taste before adding salt.
