1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 inch pie pan with Pam. Beat all ingredients until smooth, 30 seconds on high in blender or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
