LEMON POKED CAKE 
1 yellow cake or lemon cake mix
1 sm. lemon Jell-O
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. water

Mix together dry ingredients, then oil and eggs. Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 40 minutes. Cool cake 10-15 minutes. Poke entire cake with fork. Spoon on icing mix evenly.

ICING MIX:

2 lemons (juice of)
1 box powdered sugar

Mixture will be runny.
