RASPBERRY POKE CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 (3 oz. size) pkg. Jello raspberry flavor
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water

Prepare cake mix as directed on package, bake in well greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan, at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes, then poke with fork at 1/2-inch intervals. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add cold water and spoon over cake in pan. Chill 3-4 hours then top with Cool Whip and serve.

To make this even better. Add vanilla pudding to the Cool Whip..mix the pudding with -1- cup of milk let it set up then fold into the Cool Whip. I also sprinkle fresh berries on top.
