CHEESECAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
5 eggs
1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls

Roll and flatten crescent dough into a 9x13 inch pan, covering bottom. Mix all other ingredients well and pour over dough in pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. TURN OFF OVEN AND LET CAKE COOL IN OVEN UNTIL ROOM TEMPERATURE. Store in refrigerator until gone.

NOTE: One small can of pumpkin may be added to cream cheese mixture, if desired. Very good!
