MARGARITA PIE 
1 c. finely chopped pretzels
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. tequila
1 tbsp. triple sec liqueur
1 tsp. grated lime rind
Slices of fresh lime

In small bowl, combine pretzel crumbs, sugar and butter. Press over bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan. Refrigerate. Allow ice cream to soften slightly. Fold in lime juice, rind, tequila and triple sec. Spoon into chilled crust and place in freezer until firm, 3 to 4 hours. Yield: 8 servings.
