MARGARITA SHRIMP 
5 tbsp. corn oil
1 lb. sm. to med. shrimp
1/2 c. minced green onions
2 lg. cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. tequila
Lime wedges

Heat oil; add onions, saute just until translucent. Add garlic, salt and shrimp; toss lightly for 1 minute. Add tequila and lime juice; continue to saute until shrimp is white and tender. Serve with lime wedges. Can be served warm or cold.
