MARGARITAS 
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. sweet and sour mix
1/2 oz. lemon juice concentrate
2 1/2 ice cubes
3 sm. ice cubes
Salt

Combine all ingredients except salt in a blender and process until creamy.

On separate saucers, sprinkle sweet and sour mix to cover bottom of saucer (about 2 to 2 1/2 oz.). Add more as needed. On second saucer, add enough salt to cover bottom.

To prepare glasses, dip rim of glass into sweet and sour mixture. Shake off excess mix and then dip the rim of the glass into the salt. The mix will make the salt adhere to the glass. Makes 1 Margarita.
