TUNA PATTIES 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
4 egg whites
2/3 c. oat bran
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Black pepper to taste

Mix ingredients together. Drop by large tablespoonfuls onto hot griddle sprayed with pam. Flatten out into a pattie. After a few minutes flip over and brown the other side. Serves 4.
