STEPHANIE'S LASAGNA 
SAUCE:

1 lb. Italian sausage, cooked
1 jar Ragu extra onion and garlic
1 lg. can whole peeled tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
Sliced mushrooms

FILLING:

2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
2 lbs. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 egg
Salt, pepper, parsley, Parmesan cheese to taste

Combine all filling ingredients. Boil 1 package of lasagna noodles according to package directions. In 13 x 9 inch pan, layer ingredients starting with sauce, then pasta, then cheese until ingredients are all used. Top with Parmesan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve immediately with extra sauce on side.
