3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 scant tsp. baking soda

Blend flour, peanut butter and salt. Add rest of ingredients and mix together. Drop a rounded teaspoonful of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet and press down with a fork.

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
