ROLLED ROUND STEAK 
1/2 c. flour
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
Round steak to serve 4-6
1 lb. bacon
1 can tomato sauce
1 can water
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 onion, chopped

Put flour in bowl; mix salt and pepper into flour. Prepare meat; cut in 2"x4" pieces; pat into flour. Roll up meat, wrap piece of bacon around. Secure with toothpick. Put in fry pan; brown on all sides. Meanwhile, mix tomato sauce, mustard, sugar and water into bowl; mix together. Put meat into roaster. Saute onions in bacon drippings; add sauce to onions, stir and heat. Pour over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Best served with mashed potatoes. Serves 4 to 6.
