ROUND STEAK ROLL-UP 
1# slice top round steak (tenderized)
1 egg
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. ketchup
1 c. plain croutons
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 - 4 slices bacon
1/4 c. mustard
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. light corn syrup

Steak should be about 1/4 inch thick. (Pound steak if necessary). Slightly beat together egg and 1 tablespoon ketchup. Stir in croutons and celery. Spoon onto steak. Bring edges of steak up around filling and tie securely with 3 or 4 pieces of string to form long roll. Wrap with bacon and place in baking dish. Stir together 1/2 cup ketchup, mustard, water and syrup. Pour over steak roll. Cover with foil and roast at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Remove string. Slice and serve with sauce. Makes 4 servings.
