VEGETABLE PIZZA | |
2 cans crescent Pillsbury rolls 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. dry HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing On an ungreased cookie sheet bake the unrolled crescent rolls at 350 degrees for approximately 8-10 minutes just until they start to turn light golden brown. Blend thoroughly the cream cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch dry and spread over the cooled crust. Then top with your favorite vegetables (carrots, celery, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, etc. - dice them in very small pieces). Lastly sprinkle with finely grated mild Cheddar cheese over entire pizza. You may use a regular pizza pan for this or a large cookie sheet. If not teflon coated, spray with Pam. |
