VEGETABLE PIZZA | |
2 cans crescent rolls 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soften 2 pkgs. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix 1 c. mayonnaise Mr. Dash 1/2 head cauliflower 1/2 bunch broccoli 4 carrots 1 green pepper 1 tomato 3 shallots Spread rolls on two pizza pans and bake in 350 degree oven for 13 minutes. Mix cream cheese, dressing mix and mayonnaise. Spread over cooled dough. Chop vegetables, layer cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, shallots, pepper and tomatoes over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with Mr. Dash. Refrigerate. Slice as pizza and serve. Serves 12 or more. You can use any raw vegetable you would put on a vegetable tray. |
