TERIYAKI MARINADE 
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 c. oil
1 finely chopped onion

Combine all ingredients in a zip lock bag and add meat. One to two hours is long enough to marinade. Turn bag over from time to time. Good with chicken, pork chops or beef. If flank steak, score diagonally, grill and slice on the diagonal.
