CROUTONS 
3 French bread loaves
6 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. thyme
2 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. ground garlic
1 1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. olive oil

Melt butter; combine with oil. Add seasonings and mix thoroughly. Cube French bread and toss with seasoned butter to coat evenly. Spread in large roaster pan. Bake at 350 degrees, turning as needed every 5 minutes, until golden brown and crunchy.
