CREAMY RICE PUDDING 
4 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla pudding (NOT Instant)
1 c. dry Minute Rice
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Gradually stir milk and eggs into pudding mix and pour into saucepan. Add rice and raisins. Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour into serving bowl and serve warm or cold. Sprinkle additional nutmeg or cinnamon on top. Serves 10.
