2 lb. lean ground beef 1 green pepper, chopped 1 large onion, chopped 1 cup celery, chopped 2 tbsp. butter 1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles (I like Dutch egg) 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste 1 (6 oz.) can chopped olives (I like pimento stuffed) salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste grated cheese (for sprinkling on top) Brown the ground beef. Sauté peppers, onions, and celery in butter. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain. Add to sautéed vegetables and ground beef. Mix in remaining ingredients; top with grated cheese. Bake in 7x11-inch pan at 350°F for 30 minutes. Serves 8. Submitted by: Linda Chandler |
