FRUITY BREAKFAST PARFAIT 
2 c. chopped fresh pineapple
1 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/3 c. chopped dates
1 c. frozen raspberries, thawed
1 firm banana, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. sliced toasted almonds

You will need 4 stemmed sundae glasses.

Layer pineapple, raspberries, yogurt, banana and dates. Sprinkle the top with almonds.
