BREATH OF SPRING PARFAIT PIE | |
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST: 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 20 crackers) 3 tbsp. sugar 1/3 c. melted butter Combine all ingredients. Press mixture firmly and evenly against bottom and sides of pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. LIME PARFAIT PIE: 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin 1 c. boiling water 1/4 c. frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed 1 pt. vanilla ice cream Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add lemonade. Add ice cream and stir until melted and smooth. Chill mixture until it begins to thicken, about 20 minutes. Pour into pie shell. Chill at least 3 hours before cutting. |
