HAM BALLS 
3/4 lb. lean pork
1 1/2 lb. ham
1 c. milk
1 c. fine bread crumbs
2 eggs

SAUCE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. water

Have pork and ham ground about medium. Mix eggs, milk and crumbs as for meat loaf. Make into patties. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over patties cold. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour; turn patties, bake 1/2 hour longer.
