WAFFLE COOKIES 
1/3 c. butter
1/2 square baking chocolate
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour

FROSTING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Milk enough to make frosting consistency

Melt butter and chocolate; set aside. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt and flour. Add melted butter and chocolate.

Preheat waffle iron. Drop less than a teaspoon of batter onto hot iron. Make 5 or 6 cookies at a time. Close waffle iron and count to 60. Remove to cool. Frost with powdered sugar, milk and butter frosting.
