EASY CHEESE CAKE 
FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
2 tbsp. wheat germ
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

Filling: Let cream cheese soften. Beat cream cheese and sugar in bowl. Add eggs one at a time. Add sour cream and vanilla. Beat mixture 3 to 4 minutes until very smooth.

Crust: Combine all ingredients well. Press in medium size springform pan. bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Do not let top of cake turn golden. Cool. Add any topping.
