1 pkg. Devil's food cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts (I use pecans)
1 egg
1 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. oil

Mix together in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
