FRESH FRUIT PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello
Fresh fruit
Baked pie shell
Cool Whip

Mix together sugar and cornstarch. Add water. Cook until mixture is clear and bubbly. Add Jello and pour over fruit which has been placed in pie shell. Use orange Jello for peach pie. Use raspberry Jello for raspberry pie. Use cherry Jello for strawberry pie. Serve with Cool Whip.
