1 can chunk pineapple (20 oz.) 1 can apricots (17 oz.) 1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz.) 1 c. walnuts (or pecans) 1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 box vanilla pudding (3 oz.), NOT INSTANT Drain fruit, using 1 3/4 cups juice to cook pudding until thickened. Cool. When partially set, add well drained fruit, nuts and cheese. Chill several hours. Serves 10-12. |
