POTATO SALAD 
2 qt. peeled, diced potatoes
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. celery seed

Cook potatoes in water to which 1 teaspoon salt has been added; drain, let cool and add other ingredients.

Dressing:

3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Mix first 5 ingredients; cook over medium heat until thick. Add mayonnaise and mustard. Mix and add to potatoes.
