RICE AND VEGETABLE SALAD BOWL 
1 c. raw rice, prepared according to package directions
1/3 c. Italian style salad dressing
1 pkg. frozen baby peas
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
4 tbsp. sliced stuffed olives
4 tbsp. slivered green onions and tops
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped cucumber (optional)
Cubed ham (optional)

Mix cooked rice with salad dressing. Defrost peas by running water over them and add to rice. When rice is cooled add the mushrooms, olives and green onions. Mix in the mayonnaise and the optional ingredients.
