PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
2 pork chops, trimmed
2 tbsp. raw rice
1 onion, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1/2 c. canned tomatoes
Dash of salt and pepper
1/4 c. bouillon

Place chops in small casserole dish. Cover with remaining ingredients. Cover dish and bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 1-2 people.
