COCOA FROSTING 
1 lb. confectioners' sugar (3 1/2 c.)
3/4 c. dry cocoa
1/3 c. (or more if needed) boiling water
1/4 c. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Thoroughly blend sugar and cocoa. Stir in boiling water, then the butter, vanilla and salt.
