SURINAM CHICKEN 
2 frying chickens, cut up
1 tbsp. curry
2 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Spanish hot pepper
5 lg. onions, sliced
2 green peppers, sliced
1 stick butter
2 chicken bouillon
1 sm. bottle ketchup or 1 can tomato puree
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp. Ketjap Manis (Indonesian soy sauce Conimex)

Coat chicken with curry and paprika. Fry in frying pan in butter until brown. In separate pan, fry onions and peppers in butter until tender. Put chicken, onion mixture and remaining ingredients in large pot and simmer for at least 2-3 hours. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
