2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. Crisco
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden and high.
