SPICY GLAZED CHICKEN 
1 env. onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 whole chicken cut up or 4-5 breasts

In a small bowl, combine soup mix, dressing and preserves. Pour 1/2 glaze over chicken and bake in flat casserole dish, basting occasionally at 350 to 375 degrees for 1 hour or until fork tender. Spread remaining glaze over cooked chicken and serve over rice.
