STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. instant rice
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. basil
4 green peppers

Cut tops off green peppers, clean out seeds and wash. Brown hamburger and onions; drain off grease. Add 1/4 cup catsup, the water and rice. Fill each green pepper with this mixture. Place peppers in microwave proof dish. Combine 1/4 cup catsup, tomato sauce and basil. Spoon this over peppers. Microwave on High for 10 to 12 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
