PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 (8 oz.) container heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 9" graham cracker crust

Whip heavy cream until stiff. Add cream cheese and whip with beaters until smooth. Add vanilla, peanut butter and sugar; beat until blended. Pour into pie shell. Shave semi-sweet chocolate on top of pie. Cover and chill at least 3 hours. Do not under any circumstances count the calories. Just enjoy it.
