PEACHES IN WINE 
3/4 c. sugar
2 sticks cinnamon
2 whole cloves
1/2 c. red wine
1/2 c. water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3 lbs. fresh, sliced peaches

Boil all ingredients and pour over sliced peaches. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Serve over ice cream or plain.
