CHICKEN TETRAZZINE 
1 (4 lb.) hen
1 c. chopped celery
2 med. onions
2 garlic cloves or garlic salt
2 bell peppers
4 cans mushroom soup
4 c. rice
Grated cheese

Cook hen until tender and cut into bite size pieces. In a pan cook celery, onions, pepper and garlic (in a little oil). Add rice cooked in chicken broth. Mix all together in a large baking dish. Cover with grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until real hot and cheese has melted.
