BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch salt
2 c. fresh blueberries or 1 3/4 c. if frozen

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. soft butter

Mix sugar, shortening and egg. Stir in milk and sifted dry ingredients alternately. Blend in blueberries. Put into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

Topping: Combine ingredients and sprinkle on batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
