PITA SANDWICH 
2 pitas (or pocket bread, round)
1 c. thinly sliced cooked roast beef
1 c. shredded lettuce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1/4 c. plain yogurt or sour cream

Cut pita in half to make 2 pockets. Wrap in foil and warm at 300 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir together meat, lettuce, onion, tomato and yogurt. Spoon filling into pita.
