STIR FRY STEAK AND VEGETABLES 
3 tbsp. oil
1 lb. porterhouse steak, cut into small pieces
2 med. white potatoes, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, sliced
2 med. tomatoes, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced into rings
1/2 c. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

In a 10 inch fry pan place all ingredients, cook covered for 15 to 20 minutes.
