FLEISCH KUCKLA 
3/4 lb. ground pork
1/4 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 onion, chopped fine
Water to make soft

1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
3 dashes nutmeg
3 c. sifted flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. thick sour cream
1/2 c. sweet milk

Mix into a dough adding flour as needed to keep from getting sticky. Roll on floured board until 1/8 inch thick. Add flour as needed, cut in 4 to 6 inch square, put meat mixture in each square fold dough and pinch down edges solidly to seal, fry in frier of deep fat turning constantly until golden brown.
