4 eggs, hard-boiled
3 qt. spinach
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. red wine
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 slices crisp bacon

Mix together oil, vinegar, wine, onion powder, salt and pepper to make dressing. Pour over spinach, bacon and sliced eggs.
