SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. grated onion
#2 can pineapple juice
1 c. Open Pit barbecue sauce
1/4 c. flour

Mix together beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk and onion; make into small meatballs. Brown meatballs. For sauce, combine remaining ingredients and add meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours or leave in skillet.
