SPINACH DIP 
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed and strained with paper towels pressed to get all the liquid out)
Onion flakes to taste or 1 sm. onion diced fine
1-2 tbsp. chives
1 tbsp. dill weed
2 loaves bakery rye (unsliced)

Mix all ingredients. Carve out "boat" in one loaf - dice the other loaf into "dip size" bites. This can also be put in a bowl and served with crackers.
