CHICKEN SALAD 
6 c. cooked, diced chicken
3 c. sliced celery (simmered until tender)
1 pt. mayonnaise
1 1/2 pts. sour cream
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. green olives, sliced
3 c. pecans, some chopped, some halves
1 lg. bunch seedless green grapes, halved
1/2 c. pitted sliced black olives
1 tsp. dill seed
5-7 chopped boiled eggs

Mix together mayonnaise and sour cream. Combine other ingredients in large bowl. Pour over mayonnaise and sour cream mixture and toss lightly. Serve on lettuce. Mandarin oranges may be substituted for grapes. Makes 16 servings.
