BROCCOLI - MUSHROOM SALAD 
3 med. bunches fresh broccoli, stalks removed
1 1/2 lbs. mushrooms (or less
2 lg. green onions with tops

MARINADE:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. paprika

Cut broccoli into flowerettes. Slice mushrooms and onions. Combine ingredients for marinade, making certain that sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables and store in refrigerator for several hours. Toss 30 minutes before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
